Our Promise
The Academy will deliver high-quality engaging and innovative learning experiences, raising the aspirations and prosperity of the local and global community in collaboration with partners. It will be an eco-Academy with National recognition for Excellence in its specialisms of Environmental Science and Sport.
This will be achieved by:
- Developing an inspirational learner entitlement rooted in the 17 diploma lines of learning;
- Providing real choice for all students in what they learn; when they learn and how they learn;
- Involving learners in all aspects of Academy life including governance and participation in management structures;
- An in depth analysis and response to individual learner needs;
- Developing amongst learners a sense of belonging and that everyone is part of one community;
