  • A learner entitlement and ethos which actively promotes a healthy lifestyle
  • A learner entitlement and ethos which actively promotes sustainability and care for the environment
  • A learner entitlement which uses the specialisms as a vehicle to lever up standards of achievement
  • Shared teaching and learning practice between the college and the Academy to benefit all learners
  • Programmes of learning at KS3 which explicitly prepares learners for the content and individually packeged approaches required within each of the diploma lines
  • An inclusive approach to all activity and all members of the Academy and its extended community
  • Mastery of key skills by all learners
